Executive Board

Alisha Vines

President

Alisha and her husband have three children in Orange County Public Schools - a Senior, Junior and 6th grader. Her two oldest participate in marching band, her son in the front ensemble and her daughter in guard, concert band, and indoor guard and Drumline. Outside of school, her kids keep both her and her husband busy with archery, Girl Scouts, and dance. She has worked for Orange County Government for over 28 years and currently serves as the Office on Youth Director. This is her second year in the Fine Arts Boosters and also serves as President on the Orange Country Town Pool board, acting treasurer of the USS Neosho Association, and a leader for Girl Scout Troop 1024 for the past 12 years.

Carissa Grayson

Vice President

Carissa has three children. Ryan, graduated from OCHS in 2019, was in marching band and the choir programs. Evan, graduating in 2022, is in marching band, symphonic band, percussion ensemble and indoor programs. Brynlee, graduating in 2027, plays softball and is also a percussionist. Carissa has a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. Carissa has worked for Geico since 2012, where she is a Senior Software Analyst III. She has been on the board and involved in other organizations including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Fire Departments and more. She plans to remain a member of the organization until Brynlee graduates high school. She currently resides in Locust Grove, VA.

Pam Edelman

Secretary

Pam has four children that have all been involved in Fine Arts during their high school years. Her youngest son Nicholas is currently a Senior at OCHS. He is actively involved in the technical side of Fine Arts supporting the Band and Drama with his sound and lighting design skills. She has been the Secretary for the Board for 3 years. She is a bivocational Pastor, serving the Orange Church of the Nazarene and Orange County Public Schools as a bus driver. She enjoys everything about Fine Arts from performing to watching and is excited to support the Fine Arts at Orange County High School.

Melissa Norder

Treasurer

Melissa has three children, Haley Boyd, a former student at OCHS, participated in marching band, symphonic band, and indoor; Ainsley Boyd, an ninth grader who participates in indoor and marching band, plays percussion; and Anderson Norder, a 4th grader at OES. She has been a part of the OCHS Fine Arts Boosters for 3 years, serving as Secretary for one year and currently serving as Treasurer. She also served on the Orange Country Town Pool Board as Treasurer for four years. She is the Financial Comptroller for the Little Keswick School, a therapeutic boarding school and was previously the financial controller for the Virginia Institute of Autism.
